W.P.No.4820 of 2013 is that the petitioner company is having a service connection bearing No.MDK 838 with 33 KV. As there are no Industrial Feeder Transformers, the electricity connection is given from agricultural feeder to the petitioner company. Later, the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Hyderabad had issued proceedings dated oL.LL.2012 imposing restrictions on supply of electricity to the industries. As per the said proceedings, three options were provided and the industries have to choose one of them as per their convenience. Since the petitioner company is connected to agricultural feeder, there could not be any particular timings for power cut, therefore, there could not be any option for the petitioner. The petitioner was regular in paying the electricity consumption charges and there were no arrears. Later, the respondent No.4 had issued a letter dated 06.L1.2012 asking the petitioner to exercise an option to cover it. On receipt of the same, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated t3.72.20L2 to the respondent Nos.2 to 4, however, the respondents without considering the same, issued two demand notices to the petitioner imposing total penalty of Rs.56,60,9O7/- for the months of October to
