conducting Security Review Committee on 21.02.2024, the Additional Director General of Police, Intelligence, Telangana, Hyderabad, uide Memo I.D.No.1325/IS-l l2Ol5-24, dated 07 .O3.2024 decided to provide I+ 1 PSOs to the petitioner during visits to Mulugu District since the petitioner stays at his residence at Hyderabad and visits Mulugu District frequently. There is no denial in the counter affidavit that the petitioner or his family members are having any threat perception or they are enlisted from the list of Naxals.

In view of the said threat perception, the petitioner is not in a position to visit his native place or participate in public programs and there is eminent danger in the hands of the extremist organizations to the family of the petitioner, either at Mulugu, his native place or at the present place of his residence at Hyderabad! It is also submitted that the Election Commission of India has issued notification for the General Elections for the Parliament and the petitioner, being an active supporter of National Political Party, is required to participate in all the programs being conducted by the said Political Party by visiting the rural villages in the Mulugr_r District, which is a Naxal prone area.
