Learned counsel^{appearingfor the petitioners as well as} the learned Assistant^{Governmcnt Pleader lorMines and} Geolory submit that^{the writ petition may be disposedof in} terms of the^{orderspassed by the Co-ordinate Benchesin} similar factual circumstances.

Thc learned Assistant Government pleader for Mines submits that the petitioners may also be called upon to pay the stipulated penalty as per clause r2(2) of G.o.Ms.Nc.15 dated 19.o2.2015

5 W.P.No-3381O of 2024 is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate rnd to make an application for release of the vehicles. The petitioners shall also be at liberty to directly approach th: respondent No.2 for release of the vehic:les. The Authority co tcerned shall act in accordance with G.O.lt(s.No.1S dated 19.02,20i5. The Authority concerned shall dispor;e of the applications iired by the petitioners within a week from the date of such applications being filgd for release of the vehicl:s. The

petitioners shall also deposit the required penalty before the Assistant Director of Mines and Geolog, concerned, within 7 days from 05.12.2024 .

As submitLed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geologr, petitioners in similar cases shall make the Assistant Director of Mines and Geologz concerned as a party to such leave applications.
