This writ petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's application, dated 2a.rc.2023 seeking to reimburse the medical claim of Rs. 10,65,000/- as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 2 1 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the responderrts to reLax the rules and to sanction and release- the balance medical claim amount of Rs. 10,65,000/- and for other appropriate reliefs.

received head injury and other parts of body and immediately after the accident she was admitted in Yashoda Hospital, Malakpet and undergone treatment and spent Rs. 1 I ,65,000/ - towards treatment and medical expenses. It is further stated that when the said medical bil1s have been submitted for reimbursement as applicable to the lega1 heirs of the deceased employee, the respondents are not releasing/reimbursement of the total medical bills being spent by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has submitted a representalion, dated 28.10.2023 to the respondents to release/reimburse the balance amount of Rs.10,65,0O0/being the medical expenses spent by her, but the respondents are not considering the same.

to the reimbursement of medical expenses in terms of the medical reimbursement scheme introduced by the State Government, deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition directing the respondents to examine the representation, dated 28.1O.2023 submitted by the petitioner and consider the case of the petitioner, if she is otherwise entitled in accordance with Scheme and Rules in force applicable for reimbursement of medical bills, within a period ol four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
