The petitioners approached the Court seeking^{prayer as} u nde r:

The case of the petitioner in brief is that petitioner No.2 is the owner of House No.2-22/l situated at Nandikandi Village and G.P. limits, Sadasivpet Mandal, Sangareddy District, Telangana State. Subsequenuy, the petitioner applied for mutation in the office of respondent No.2 for updating the ownership detairs in the records but the respondent No.2 Failed to do so. Hence, the writ petition.

It is the specific case of the petitioners that despite submission of three compraints i.e. the compraint dated 30.05.2024 in respect of Consumer Service Number and Category 0719 00990, Exist, Category:1, complaint dated 30.05.2024 in respect of Consumer Service Number and Category 0719 00894, Exist, category:1 and compraint dated 30.0s.2024 in respect of consumer Service Number and Category OTtg OOg24, Exist, Category:2, no action had been initiated by the respondents.
