Bringing the said submission made by all the learned counsel on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty the petitaoners to put-forth all the pleas as are put-forth in the present writ petition, in addition to all the legal pleas as are available to the petitioner before the concerned Arbitrator. It is further observed that pending arbitration proceedings, the respondents shall not disconnect the power supply in respect of the electricity connections yide Service No.3136-OO172 to 3136-00209, issued in the name of respondent No,8 to the residential villas covered under the draft layout accorded vide letter No.1Os42OlLo/CoA/PLG./ HMDA/2013 dated 06.02.2015 and building permission vide Lr.No.GP/MKD/BPlNo.37 of 2O15 dated 28.O9,2015 granted for construction of residential villas in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of Acs.4-38.347 guntas of land in Survey Nos.19olp, 191, 192 and
