This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in issuine the Look Or, Circular (LOC) against the petitioner in connection with Crime ,, of 2018 of wPs' war " city' as being arbitraryand viorarive "r; irticres 19 and 2.t of the a= n n"' o stitution of India.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 26.07.2024, whereby LOC issued against the petitioner was suspended for a period of two (02) months, the petitioner caore to lndia and appeared before the V Additional Judicial Magistr,ate of First Class at Hanumakonda r.erstwhile Warangal) on 29.08.2024. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner was granted bair by the Magistrate concerned on the same day i.e., 29.08.2C24. lt is further submitted that permission was granted to the pr:titioner to travel back to Switzerland and, in the meanwhile, the petrtioner and his wife_respondent No.5 have come to an understanding and there is every possibility of settlement of the mattef .
