Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or dtrection more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No,3 in non-following the Provisions of Crimrnal Procedure Code U/Sec.154(3) of Cr.P.C and non-initiating to regisler the FIR basing on the complaint dated 15-05-2024 and non-initiating to take necessary action agarnst the respondent Nos.6 to 12, who hatched a plan to extract the money from the petitioner and sold the land to an extent oI Ac.2.2O gts in Sy.No.377 and 379 which is situated at Nagdhar Village, Nizamapet Mandal, Sa-nga Reddy District, without having any land in physically and obtained an amount of Rs.42,00,0001- from the petitioner, cheated the petitioner, threatening, blackmailing to the petrtioner on the name of criminal cases under provisions of SC/ST Act and creating panic situations against the petitioners and trying to kill the petitioner is highly illegal, arbitrary, unco n stitutiona l, violation of principles of natural lustice and also in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to follow the Provisions of Criminal Procedure Code U/Sec.154(3) of Cr.P.C to register the FIR basing on the complaint dated 15-052024 and to take necessary action agarnst the respondent Nos.6 to'12, who hatched a plan to extract the money from the petitioner and sold the land to an extent of Ac.2.2O gts in Sy.No.377 and 379 which is situated at Nagdhar Village, Nizamapet Mandal, Sanga Reddy District, without having any land in physically and obtained an amount of Rs.42,00,000/- from the petitioner, cheated the petitioner, threatening, blackmailing to the petitioner on the name of criminal cases under provisions of SCiST Act and creating panic sltuations against the petitioners and trying to kill the petitioner.
