No.46 (old Survey No.216) and Ac.0.29 guntas in Survey No.50 (old Survey No.218) situated at Shamsiguda Village, Kukatpaily Mandal, Medchal-Ma_lkajgrri District and his name was also recorded in the original sethwar and khasra pahani for the year 1954-55. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Tahsildar, Kukatpally Mandal i.e., respondent No.4 herein, without issuing any notice and without taking into consideration the succession proceedings passed by the Nazim Atiyat under File No.A/46 No.162 dated 24.1 1.1959 declaring the petitioner and 13 others as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner,s father, in collusion with respondent Nos.B to t2 herein, who are professional land grabbers and who are not having any right or title over the subject lands, issued bogus mutation proceedings vide File No.B/959 l2O1 1-1, dated tg.OZ.2Ol1 in their name and under the guise of the said mutation proceedings, respondent Nos.8 to 12 are trying to create third party rights over the subject land, which constrained the petitioner to submit application dated, 17.04.2023 before respondent No.2 with a request to direct the concerned offrcers to conduct a

Be that as it may, it is settled proposition of law that mutation entries do not confer any right, titie or interest in favour of either of the parties and if there is any dispute with respect to right or title over the property, the aggrieved party has to approach the competent Civil Court.

In view of the same, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by relegating petitioner Nos.2 to 7 to approach the competent Civil Court by seeking appropriate reiief.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any,
