The writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

"...to issue a writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not registering the crime and not investigating into petitioner's report, dated 24.11.2023 as illegal, irregular and violative of provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure and offends Article 14 arrd 2l of the ConstituLion of India and consequently direct the respondents to register the crime investigate into the same arrest the culprits and charge sheet the culprits in accordance with law and to pass...'

It is the case of the petitioner that he lodged a wdtten complaint, dated 24. lL.2023 before respondent Nos.4 and 5. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the said complaint reveals cognizable offences, the respondents-police have failed to act upon the said complaint in accordance with Section 154 (3) of Cr.P.C and have not registered any crime against the accused.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for^Home, on instructions, would submit that^{acting on the} complaint submitted by the^{petitioner,the} respondents-police have conducted enquiry and as^the same does not disclose any evidence in support^{of the} contentions and allegations stated in the complaint,^the respondents-police have closed the said complaint^as 'lack of evidence'and they have^{also communicateda} on copy of the closure report to the^petitioner rt.oL.2024.

Learned counsel for the^petitioner disputes^the furnishing of aly communication/closure report^{on the} complaint of the petitioner, dated 24.11.2023.

In view of the said submissions,^{this Court deems} it appropriate to dispose of the writ^{petitiondirecting} respondent No.5 to furnish a copy of the^closure report/final report to the petitioner to enable him^to avEHhppropriate remedies as available under^Iaw.
