Heard Mr. A.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel^for the petitioner, learned Assistant^{GovernmentPleader} for Energy appearing on behalf of respondent^{No.1, Mr.} R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for^TSSPDCL appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and^learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing on^{behalf of} respondent No.5.

The petitioner approached the Court^seeking prayer as under:

" ... to issue a writ order or direction^{particularly one in} the nature of Writ of^{Mandamusdeclaringthe action of} the respondents in not^providing electric^{connection to} the premises bearing Flat No.302^{Fourth Floor, on plot} No.641 in Sy.No.78 situated at Gokul^Plots, Venkataramana Colony, Hafeezpet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District belongs to the^{petitioner as} illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the^respondents to process the application for^{providingindividual} electricity connections and to^{release serviceconnection} with meters to the afore said^premises of the^petitioner without any further delay and^pass such^{other order or} orders as this Hon'ble Court^deems fit^{and proper in the} circumstances of the^{case. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Nos.2 to 4 have not processed the application of the petitioner for providing electrical service connection to the property of the petitioner's Flat No.302 Fourth Floor, on plot No.641 in Sy.No.78 situated at Gokul Plots, Venkataramana Colony, Hafeezpet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and further that no orders have been passed on petitioner's application seeking electrical service connection as on date. 4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in the writ petition is squarely covered by order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8687 of 2024 dated 03.04.2024 and the same is not disputed by Mr.R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing on behatf of respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, and submissions made by both the learned counsel on record and for the reasons alike and by referring orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.8687 ot 2024, dated O3.O4.2O24, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission ln

similar lines directing the petitioner to make a fresh application to the respondent Nos. 2 to 4, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such apptication, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the same, in accordance to law, preferably within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter, for granting necessary electricity service connection to the subject premises of the petitioner's Flat No.3O2 Fourth Floor, on plot No.641 in Sy.No.78 situated at Gokul Ptots, Venkataramana Colony, Hafeezpet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, subject to the petitioner making necessary payment, as stipulated under the Electricity Act, 20O3. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
