Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction(s) essentially in th6 nature of Writ of Nr'landamus declaring the action of the respondents in seeking to evict-the Writ petitioners No.'1 to 11, high handedly without following due process of law from the lands in Sy.Ncr.64/'llA, No.64/8/oo/9, No.64/8/ool1212, No.64l9lool1211, No.64/'1 , situated at Basheer Miya Tanda of Kokat Village, Yalal Mandal, Vikarabad District, and also Sy.No.No.5/l/ 1, No.51112, No.4/1lAA, No.'1l1 , No.B/2, No.B/1 situated at Antharam village, Tandur Mandal, Vikarabad District, admeasuring Ac.4.32 Gts, Ac. 3.00 Gts, Ac. 0.30 Gts, Ac. 1.20 Gts, Ac. 5.02 Gts, Ac.1.10 Gts, Ac.1 10 Gts, Ac.3.00 Gts, Ac.5.00 Gts, Ac.2.00 Gts and Ac.2.00 Gts respectively as illegal. arbitrary and in violation of Article 14, 21 arid 300-A of the Constitution of lndia by setting aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents not to evict the writ petitioners from the above mentioned lands without following due process of law.
