This apF,eal is filed by the claimant/appellant quesrioning the compensat on granted by the Tri.bunal as meagre.

Heard th.e learned counsel for the appellant_clairnant and the learned cotLnsel lor respondent No.2_lnsurance Company.

The manner in which the accident had taker.r placc ancl the liability is not in dispute.

On 22.Olt .2OO3, while the appellant was proceeding in an Auto and reached Sampally Shivar, Dichpally, Nizambad District, the offending vr'hic1e which is a lorry driven by its Driver jn a rash anrl negligent ntanner came in the opposite direction and dashed against thc Altt,r in u.hich the appellant was travelling rcsulting in the appellant rrlceiving grievous and simple injuries all ,tver the body and sufferr:d disability.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the .lribunal having considered the injuries received by the appellant ,:Lnd the expenditure incurred by him granted mcagre cornpenszrtion of Rs.68,28O/-only and prayed to enhance the same.
