On 29.05.2O04, u.hile the appellant was proceeding in an Auto lrom Masanpally to Mominpet and when the said Aut,t rcach De'arampall-v ' lage, the offending vehicle which is arso an Auto cantc tlt the op;rositt: direction and dashed against the /,uto in which the appellant rvas travelling resulting in the appellant recervrng fractur.e ol right patella and head injury.

Except the above enhanccment, the award of the Tribunal shall remain same on all oLhcr aspects. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
