This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Letter dated 2g-122025 vide Dis No. 393 of 2025, addressed by the Judge, Additionar Famiry court, lVledchal Malkajgiri District, at Kukatpally and forwarded by the principal Diskict and Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkalgiri District.

This application is filed by the learned Judge, Ad.j t onal Family Court, Medchal-Malkaigiri District at Kukatpally vide Dis No i t 3 of 2025 dated 29.12.2025 and forwarded by the Principal District a " 1 Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkaigiri District vide Lr Dis No 65 of 2026 date i ()6 01 .2026 seeking extension of a further period of one month grante( )n 20.09 Z0Z4 in C.R.P.No.2486 of 2024 for the disposal of F.C.O P No.2 l I of 2017, vide his letter dated 29.12.2025.
A perusal of the record reveals that this Court had e: I r,-'r directed the trial Court to dispose of F.C.O.P.No.211 of 2017 as expedrl cusly as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of r€ ( lipt of copy of this order dated 20.09.2024.
Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the rbove letter dated 29 12.2025, the learned Judge, Additionat Family Court lledchal-Malkajgiri District at Kukatpally, is granted a further period of one (01) r cnth for disposal of F.C.O.P No.211 of 2O17 from the date of receipt of copy of tt i ; order
