It is Fubmitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as respondent No.2, that during pendency of the present Criminal petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 4 of 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences.

Vide order dated 29.Og.2O24, this Court directed the parties along with their respective counsel to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to submit a report.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court tegal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated O3.O9.2O24 and the same is placed on record.

In view of the above, I.A.Nos.2 and 4 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.903 of 2024 on the Iile of Narsingi police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby

That respondent no'2 has fired the present compraint with the aregation that his brother Gopi Reddy on 22/06i2024 at about 7.30 pmwho was resident of Rajapushpa, Kokapet, was walking from Gandipet to Narsingi and a Honda Activa bearing No.TS07GX319 7 came in a speed with rash and negligent marurer and hit my brother and he had fallen down on road and he broken his right side knee and also injured his head and he was admitted in Star Hospital, Nanakamguda and he is taking treatment there and hence requested to take necessary action.
