This Criminal Petition is filed by the^{petitioners,who are} arrayed as accused Nos.1 to¹⁰ to^{quashthe proceedings against} them in S.C.No.506 of 2022^{pendlng on the file of the Principal} District and Sessions Judge, at^{YadadriBhongir, Bhongiri District.}

After arguing for some time,^{when this Court has expressed} its opinion stating that the said contentions^{are disputedquestions} of fact which need to be^{gone into by the trial Court, learned} counsel for the^petitioners restricted^{his prayer to the extent of} dispensing with the^presence of^{the petitioners before the trial} Court.

Hence, if there are no warrants^{pending against the} petitioners, the appearance of the^petitioners before^the trial^Court is dispensed with unless their^{presenceis specifically required} during the course of trial, subject^{to the conditionof petitioners} being represented by their counsel^{on every date of hearing.}
