about 5 years, while playing in their apartment premises, fell into the swimming pool and became unconscious due to consuming water at that time no one was present near the swimming pool, however, one Mr. Abhishek Gauran, notices from his flat and rushed to the pool and rescued the child from pool, by that time the child became unconscious due to consumption of water and immediately the residents of the apartment shifted the son of the defacto complainant to Citizen Hospital, Nallagandla for treatment and while undergoing treatment he died on O6.06.2019. It is stated that due to gross negligence of the swimming pool management i.e., Health life guard water pool owner Suresh Goud, on duty Security Guard Raju of Capital protection Force and Maintenance of Avon Facitities Management in charge, who did not take any precautionary measures in maintaining the swimming pool, his son fell into the swimming pool and died. Based on the said complaint, Cr.No.306 of 2Ol9 was registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(A) of IpC.
