Having regard to the submission made, by the learned counsel for the petitioner and leamed Additional public Prosecutor and upon perusal of the material b,:fore this Courl, this Court deems it appropriate to reduce the rlwarded interim maintenanc:e amount from Rs.8,000/- to Rs.7,000/- per. month and the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.7,000/- on or before l0'h of every month until the FCMC is disposed of on the file of Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Karimnagar'. Petitioner is also directed to cleposit accrued arrears at Rs.7,000/- per month within six (06) months from today.
