This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Section 439 Cr.p.C. for grant of regular bail in Crime No.0l of 2024 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kanchanbagh police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections g (c), 2,(bxii) and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
