This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. by the petitioners/accused Nos.l to 8 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.364 of 2023 on the hle of XV Additionat Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 198,4., 406, 506 of IPC and Sections 4 and 6 of Down, Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel appeariug lirr the petitioners as well as the respondent No.2, that <luring pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 have been filed to record the compromise between them and to compound the offences

Vide order dated 11.11.2024, rhis Court directed the parties along with their respective counseI to appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court

for the State of^'Ielangana, Hyderabad, for identification and to

submit a report.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties have appeared and the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has identified the parties and submitted a report, dated 18.11.2024 and the same is placed on record.

In view of the above, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2024 are allowed. Consequently, this Criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.l to g in C.C.No.364 of 2023 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, are hereby quashed.
