Permit the Official Liquidator to file complaint before the Station House Officer, Sirpurkagaznagar Police Station, Kumram Bheem (Asifabad) District, against the respondent herein for encroachment of the property of the company in liquidation viz., Shop Nos.6, 7 and I of Shopping Complex, Kothapet Village, Sirpurkagaznagar Mandal, Kumram Bheern (Asifabad) -District which was under possession of the Official Liquidator and direct the Station House Officer, Sirpurkagaznagar Police Station, to register the FIR and investigate into the same, Direct the respondent herein to vacate the Shop Nos.6, 7 and B of Shopping Complex and deliver possession of the same to the Official Liquidator immediately,

The applicant/ Oflicial^{Liquidatorseeks a direction on the} respondent to vacate tlie^{Shop Nos.6, 7 and 8 of the shopping} complex, Kothapet^{Village, SirpurkagaznagarMandal,Kumram} Bheem (Asifabad) District^{whichwas under the possessionof tJle} Offrcial Liquidator and to direct^{the respondentto deliverthe} possession of the shop rooms to the^{Ofhcial Liquidatorwith} immediate effect.

I-earned counsei appearing^{for the Offrcial Liquidator} submits that the respondent^{is occupying the shop roomswithout} having any right to do so.^{Counsel places the relevant paragraphs} from the rejoinder of the^{OfhcialLiquidatoras well as the letters} exchanged between^{the Ofhcial Liquidatorand the respondentto} show that tJle respondent^{occupiedthe shop rooms on the basis of} a reqrrest made by the^{respondenton 26.02.2019} '^{The Offrcia-l} Liquidator also received^{a letter dated2O.O2.2O 19 fromtJle MLA of} Sirpur Constituency asking^{the Official Liquidator to considerthe} respondent's application^{for leasingthe shop rooms' The Ofltcial}
