This c'rmpany Application is filed by the officiar Liquidator under Sectiort 462 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 306 and 298 of the companies (court) Rures, 1959 to take on record the Half-Yea:1y Accounts along with the Auditors, Reports of M/s'Padmane bha Rao and co., chartered Accountants of the company in lirquidation.

Perused the Auditors, Reports with the assistance of Mr.J. Srinadh Reddy, learned counsel for the Ollicial Liquidator. The prayer ir; accepted. The Half_yearly Accounts and the Auditors' Reports are taken on file.
