This Contempt Case has been filed for the alteged violation of the orders passed by this Court, dated 15.O2.2023 and 23.03.2023 in W.P.No.4286 of 2023.

This Court, by an order, dated 15.O2.2023 in W.P.No.4286 ot 2023 passed the following order:-

Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintarned by both the parties in all respects till then."

The case of the petitioner is that the status quo granted by this Court was extended by this Court uide order, dated 23.03.2023. It is ttre further case of the petitioner that in violation of the aforesaid orders, the respondent is now awarded tender of collection of chicken (Bio-waste) to M/ s. Gopi Transport for the period from Januar5r, 2024 to December, 2026 uide notice, dated 20.O1.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that pending adjudication of the writ petition and in violation of the

This Court, has carefully examined the interim orders passed by this Court on I5.O2.2O23, wherein this Court only directed both the parties to maintain the status quo in all respects. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the proceedings issued in awardir-rg tender to M/s. Gopi Transport uide notice, dated 20.01.2024, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
