Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that Joint Inspection was conducted on 22.08.2024 in the presence of Revenue, Land Acquisition and Irrigation ofFicials and loint Inspection Report vide proceedings No.B/67412019 dated 22.OA.2O24 was prepared wherein it was observed that Ac.O.34 guntas in Sy.No.506 of Nallagonda Village, Thimmapur Mandal should be removed from the extent of Abbidi Sammi Reddy and the names of Margam Sandhya Rani and N4undrayi Naga Raju (petitioners in WP.No.10328 ot 2022) have to be recorded as the physical location of the canal (as per SDR of Land Acquisition) is passing through the land of the Abbidi Sammi Reddy, the petitioner in WP. No.17542 of 2O2t.
