This contempt case is filed to punish the

respondents under Sections lO to 72 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 197 | for willful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2023 in W.P.No.3137 of 2023, whereby this Court directed the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 29.12.2021 and the representation dated 29.12.2012 in accordance with law within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Learned Government Pleader for Services-I has produced a Memo No,3956/Ser.ll.AI /2023 dated 27.11.2024 issued by the respondent No.2 in compliance of the orders of this Court in W.p.No.3137 of 2023 dated 06.02.2023 and submits that in view of the said Memo, the cause in the contempt case does not survive and requested to close the contempt case.
