Petition under Article 226 of rhe constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High court may be pleased to issue a writ order direction more particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus U / Article 226 of constitution of lndia declaring the action of the Respondents not extending the sanction of two notional incrernent with fixation benefits to the petitioners on par with other employees as per T.O.O. (Addl. Secy-per) Ms. No. 129 dated 13-07-2010 and T.O.O. (Addl.Secy-per) Ms. No. 164 dated 25-08-2012 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of Articre 14 of constitution of lndia and consequently direct the respondent corporation to extend the benefits as two notional increments with fixatiorr benefits to the petitioners along with benefits from 01 -04-2010.

Therefore, the action of the respondents_ Corporation is discriminative and violative of Article l4 of the Constitution of India.
