Petitioner is citizen of Australia and there are disputes between his mother and respondent No.5/father and according to leanred counsel tbr the petitioner, they have obtained divorce. Petitioner came back to India lor the purpose of prosecuting his studies. IIe is intending to appear for NEET2023 examrnatton. As per clause 5.2.1 of the notification,

In view of the said discussion and also considering the contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.2 to accept and process the application to be submitted by the petitioncr for NEF.T-2023 without insisting for valid passporr number under NRI/OCI category and permit him to appcar fbr NIIE-|-2023 scheduled ln the month ot- May-2023 on the condition of petitioner submitting an undertaking that he will produce the same on or before 23.06.2023. There shall be no order as to costs.
