In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a writ or direction to the respondent No.3 to take acLron on the application filed by him under the provisions of Maintenance and welfare of the parents and Senior citizens Act, 2oor in accordance with law.

It is submrttt.-d that though the applications has been made in the months of Marcrr & November, 2022, the respondent No.3 has not takcn any action on the said representations.

Learned counser appearing for thc respondents No.4 and 5, has sought time to get instructions and to fire counter.

Having regard to the fact that the applications have been made by the petitioner in thc months of March , 20.22 i.e., on o3.o3.2o22 and in November, 2022 and no actior-r has been taken thereon till date, this court dccrns it fit and proper to
