Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Peeta Raman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities have passed speaking orders vide LR.No.CEi O&M/KTPP/ DGM/HR/ F.Legal/D.No. 1866/ 13, dated 14.O3.2014. In view of the same, the cause in the writ peltiton does not survive for adjudication.
