This Writ petition is filed for seeking Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in digging drench over the land of the petitioner admeasuring Ac.4-00 1n Sy.No.1/21 of Lakshmidevipalli Village, somulagudem Gram Panchayat, Palvancha Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, AS illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice ernd consequently direct the respondents not to disposscss the petitioner from the above said land.
