It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitione15 learned Governrnent Pleader representing official respondents and also learne0 counsel appearing on behalf of responoents 3 to 7 that^t:he orders impugned of the 2nd respondent herein in fiie No.8/2389/2016 and File No.8/2414/2016 dated \3.42.20L7 could be set aside on the ground of being in violation of principles of natural justice and the matter be remande'l to the competent Authority for conducting enquiy afresh giving reasonable notice and opportunity of hearing to al! concerned and fufther fixing a time frame for passing of orders with.:ir a reasonable^period by the competent Authority.

In the light of the said submission brought on record, this Court is not inclined to go into other aspects on merits and demerits of the claims made by the respective^parties to this Writ Petition and this Court is of the view that the impugned proceedings in File No.8/2389/2016 and File No.812414/2016 dated L3.A2.20t7 are iiable to be set aside on the ground of violation of^principles of^{natural justiceand} for not following the^{procedure prescribed} under^the provisions of the Act, 197 t and the Rules made there under, the writ^{petition is accordingly allowed} and the^{proceedings of}

The matter is remanded to lhe Bth responilent - District Collector for fresh consideration of the applicaticns submitted on behalf of the 1 respondent Nos,3 to 7. In deciding the applications/claim I petitions of the respondent Ncs.3 to 7 the Official respondents shall give notice to all the concerned parties. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

However, taking into consideration the fact that the Act, L977 is already repealed by enhancing the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, Z02O and by virtue of Circular No.1/2021 dated 15,01.2021 issued by the Chief Commissioner oF Land Administration, all the powers are conferred on the District Collector concerned, the 2nd respondent'herein is directed to forthwith transmit the entire record pertaining to the irnpugned proceedings in File No.B/2389/2016 and Fite No.B/241412076 dated 13.02.2017 to the Bth responCent herein and on receipt of the record, the Bth respon<lent lrerein shall put all the parties concerned, including the petitioners herein, on notice and then pass appropriate orde-s in ar:cordar.rce to lavu within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of record from the
