Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to lssue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the action of the Respondents in changing from category LT-V to ll (A) pertaining to service connection no.0301051 18 of the Petitioner without issuing any notice, though the service connection was obtained only for the purpose of agriculture and horticulture, as illegal, arbitrary, and in violation of principles of natural justice and further direct the Respondents to change the category of service connection No.030105118 from category ll(A) to LT-V with effect from the date on which the said service connection was changed from Category LT-V to ll (A) and compute and settle the amounts paid by the Petitioner in the light of LT-V.
