Petition under Section 151 CPCpraying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of thepetition, the High Court may bepleased to permit the petitioner to amend the writ main prayer as "issue a Writ, Order or Direction(s) essentially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings of the Respondent No.2, contained in Case No. D'l/588/2022, Dt: 26.07.2022 and consequential Proceedings of Respondent No.4 in issuing the pattadar passbook No TO1220212230 Vide Khata No 60770 and pattadar passbook No TO122O212231 Vide Khata No 60771, Dt: 03.08.2022, in favour of Respondents No-6 and No.7 respectively, in respect of lands bearing Sy No. 6471 1 admeasuring an extent of AC'1 .09 Gts and Sy No. 648 admeasuring an extent of AC 2.03 Gts, Situated at Kollampally Village, Narayanpet Mandal and District and also Transaction No's 2200757704 and 22007 5787 5 registering the sale in favour of Respondent No.8, Dt 04.O8.2O22, in respect of lands bearing Sy No- 64711 admeasuring an extent of AC 1.09 Gts, and Sy No. 648 admeasuring an extent of AC 2.03 Gts, Situated at Kollampally Village, Narayanpet Mandal and District, contrary to directions issued by this Hon'ble Court in WP 22041 ot 2022, Dl 29.04.2022, without conducting any enquiry and without cancelling the pattadar passbooks issued in favour of Petitioner No-1 herein, in respect of the very same lands as illegal, arbitrary, fraudulent and suffers from inherent lack of jurisdiction, consequently set aside the same, and may pass any such other Order or Orders as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit, proper and necessary in the circumstances of the case." lnstead of issue a Writ, Order or Direction(s) essentially in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondent No.4, in issuing the pattadar passbook No fO122O212230 Vide Khata No 60770 and pattadar passbook No T01220212231 Vide Khata No 60771, Dt: 03.08.2022, in favour of Respondents No.6 and No.7 respectively, in respect of lands bearing Sy No. 647/1 admeasuring an extent of AC 1.09 Gts and Sy No. 648 admeasuring an extent of AC 2.03 Gts, Situated at Kollampally Village, Narayanpet Mandal and District and also Transaction Nds 22OO757704 and 2200757875 registering the sale in favour of Respondent No.8, Dt 04.08.2022, in respect of lands bearing Sy No. 64711 admeasuring an extent of AC 1.09 Gts, and Sy No. 648 admeasuring an extent of AC 2.03 Gts, Situated at Kollampally Village, Narayanpet Mandal and District, contrary to directions issued by this Hotr'ble Court in WP 22041 of 2022, Dt 29.04.2022, without conducting any enquiry and without cancelling the pattadar passbooks issued in favour of Petitioner No.1 herein, in respect of the very same lands as illegal, arbitrary, fraudulent and consequently set aside the same.
