Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the action of the respondents in not allowing the 20 years Special Grade/ stagnation increment to the petitioners with effect fr<jm their completion of 20 years of service rendered in their respective posts of irrespective of regions of the TSRTC as bad, arbitrary, illegal, unjust, discriminatory and contrary to the Circulars of the TSRTC and also contrary to the Judgments of this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the respondents to effect the 20 years Special Grade to the petitioners by with^proper fixation by counting entire service rendered in the^{present post} irrespective of the regions

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to declare the action ol the respondents in not allowing the 2O years Special Grade/ Stagnation increment to the petitioners from the date of their completion of 20 years of service rendered in their respective posts, irrespective of regions, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and discriminatory.

When the matter is taken up for hrearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the /is in the present Writ petition has already been adjudicated by this Court uide order dated 17.06.20lS in W.P. No. 16932 of 20 15 and therefore prayed this Court to pass similar order also in the present Writ Petition.

'Ihe above said submission is not seriously disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing [or the respondent-Corpora tion.

ln view of the above and for the reasons alike in the order dated 17 .06.2015 passed by this Court in W.p. No. 16932 of 20 15, this Wrir Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-corporation to consider the case of the petitioners for granting Special Grade Increments on their completion of 20 years of sen ice by considering the total service in the Corporation irrespective of thc regions and pass appropriate orders thereon, in terms of Circular No.PD104/20 11, dared 12,.Ol.2O 1 l, and
