This writ petition is filed sceking writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 11 in completing the enquiry with regard to the irregularities and misuse of the land of respondent No.8 Societ5r i.e., land in Survey No. 188/A to an extent of Acs. 2-28 gts., in Survey No.46/D to an extent of Ac. O-38 gts., Survey No.47 /D to an extent of Ac. O-O7 gts., Survey No.48/D to an extent of Ac. 0-38 gts., and Survey No.49/A4 to an extent of Ac. 0-20 gts., total admeasuring to an extent of Acs. 5 04 gts., situated at Kachikal Village, Nellikuduru Mandal, Mahabubabad District, by taking action against respondent Nos.9 and I0 in view of the orclers passed in W.P.No. 18602 of 2021, dated 1 t.O8.2O2I as ittegal, arbitrary and violative of principles oi natural justice and consequently, direct the respondent Nos.4, 5 and I I to complete the enquiry and to protect the land of respondent No.S Society by taking action, including cancellation of pattadar passbooks if any issued, against the respondent Nos.9 and 10.

mentioned in the registered sale deed, dated 19.05.2005, and the petitioner made a representation to the ofltcial respondents to conduct enquiry against the respondent Nos.9 and lO and to^take appropriate action and till date the offrcial respondents have not taken any action.

Learned Assistalt Government Pleader for^Animal Husbandry submits that the oflicial respondents have already taken steps, protecting the property of the 8th respondent-Society^and displayed the sign boards and now the entire the^property is^under the custody of the 8th respondent-Society only,^and further^submits th.rt the offircial respondents have already initiated the^proceedings aq.tirlst respondent Nos.9 and 10 and requests the^Court to^grant rt'asonable time to complete the entire process.

In view of the foregoing reasons, without going into the other aspecrs of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to complete the entire enquiry/ proceedings u,ithin a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after giving notice to the petitioner as well as respondent Nos-S to l0_ No costs.
