Ac.0.30 guntas situated in Sy.No.1715 and the land to an extent of Acs.2.16 guntas in Sy.No.27l1 of Gummadidoddi Village, Wazeeb Mandal and the said lands are not Gramakantam lands and the same are agricultural lands. Pursuant to the same, respondent No.3 issued notice to respondent No.4 to conduct enquiry. Respondent No.4 conducted enquiry and found that the lands in Sy.Nos.17l5 and 27/7 are situated in agricultural area and submitted a report to respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 without adverting to the facts and circumstances of the case in proper perspective, passed an order in Case No.A/35/LTR/WZD/2O22, dated 27.09.2022 and directed the petitioner to vacate the schedule land. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed CMA No.7 ot 2022 on 17.1O.2O22 before respondent No.2-Appellate Authority. The petitioner was also constrained to file W.P.No.46567 of 2022 before this Court and this Court disposed of the same vrde order, dated 06.02.2023 granting status quo and directed respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal within three months. Respondent No.2 without considering the facts and circumstances in a proper perspective passed the order, dated 16.08.2023 in CMA No.7 of 2O22. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.28372 of 2023 before this Court and this Court vide order, dated 11.10.2023, disposed of the samegranting liberty to file revision before respondent No.1.
