In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of her appea-l dated 05. lO.2O23 for allotting her to loca-l cadre instead of Zone-YII on spouse grounds and to pass such other order or ordcrs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 3.d respondent has allotted the petitioner to ZoneVII vide a-llocation proceedings in Rc.No. l73I/2022, dated 30.09.2023 and within the specified time, the petitioner has submitted an appeal dated 05.1O.2O23 to respondent No.1 for re-allotment before giving the posting orders. The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her appeal before giving the posting orders.
