W.P.No.36904 ol 2012. This Court vide or.ders dt.29.11.2012 in W.P.M.P.No.46825 of 2012 has granted status quo to be maintained as on the date of the order with regard to their continuance in service under the same terms and conditions under which they are working. In the said Writ Petition, the petitioner herein claims to be petitioner No.8 therein, but his name was wrongly mentioned as G.Ramesh, S/o Bitcha. It is submitted that subsequently, when the petitioner realised the mistake in tlre order, he has filed I.A.No. I of 2019 and the same was allowed vide orders dt.08.11.2019. Thus, the name of petitioner No.8 in W.P.No.36904 of 2012 has been corrected. It is submitted that while the petitioner was to be the beneficiary of the orders of this Court, the official respondents have permitted respondent No.5 herein to perform his duties and after receipt of the order of this Cour1, he has made a representation to the official respondents to remove respondent No.5, who is the person impersonating him and doing serwice in place of the petitioner, from their rolls and permit the petitioner to perform his duties. He has drawn the attention of this Court to W.P.No.3005 of 2015 filed by the petitioner herein and two others for issuance of gate passes and since petitioners I and 2 therein have got jobs elsewhere, the Writ Petition was withdrawn.
