Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus: i) To declare the action of the respondents in paying meagre consolidated remuneration of Rs.3,9001 per month by re-engaging the petitioner as General Helper Grade-ll Taramati, Hyderabad Divisionpursuant to the order passed by this Hon'ble court in WP No.23313 of 2011 dated 6.9.201 1 without giving equal pay to her as has been paid to similarly situated employees working in the second respondent Corporation as General Helper, Grade ll as illegal, arbitrary, unjust apart from being violative ofprinciples of naturaljustice; and ii) consequently direct the respondents topay the scale to thepetitioner as has beenpaid to other similarly situated employees who areperforming the samejob as is beingperformed by thepetitioner, pursuant to theproceedings dated 15.11.20'11 in Proc. No.APTDC/ ADMN/ Pzl 2111 2002-1 with effect from the date of taking her back into service i.e. 15.11.2O11
