LO7 Cr.p.C. on the file of Karimnagar II Town Police Station. Out of the aforesaid 12 cases registered against the petitioner, first 2 cases ended in acquittal and the remaining 10 cases are pending. It is further stated in the counter affidavit that earlier a rowdy sheet was opened against the petitloner and the same was closed on 15.06.2021. Subsequently, as per the proceedings of the Superintendent of Police, Rajanna Sircilla District, vide C.No.09/D1IDCRB/RSLA/2023 dated 12.08.2023, the rowdy sheet was reopened and the same is continued upto 37.12.2023.
