Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction more in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring that the petitioner is entitle for selection and appointment as Vidya Volunteer to the post of School Assistant (Social) meant for BC-B (General) of UPS Mammojipet Grampanchayat which is vacant or Bhavanipet Grampanchayat which is nearby to the petitioner's Grampanchayat i.e. Mammojipet as per her qualification and experience by strictly adhering to the guidelines issued in G.O.MS.No.97, dated 29.06.2016 with all consequential benefits, by holding the action of the respondents in not selecting and appointing the petitioner as Vrdya Volunteer in the existing vacancy of School Assistant (Social) at UPS Mammojipet Grampanchayat and further filling up the post of the Vidya Volunteers contrary to the guidelines issued by the Government is as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and subversive of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of lndia
