The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners for follou.ing reliet

"....to issue an appropiate wit, Order or direction more in the nature of Mandamus declaing the action of the Reuenue Authoities particularlg the Thah.sild ar, Dammapeta in not exeanting the orders passed bg the Special Deputy Collector, Tibal Welfare, Bhadrachalam, in LTR Case No.1O9/ 1O/DPT, dated 10.08.2010 confirmed bg the Appellate Authoitg in CMA Case No.59/ 15 passed bg the Additional Agent to Gouernment, Bhadrachalam on 19.1L2Oi6 inspite of submitting petitions/applications dated OT.02.20lZ, 21.O9.2O19 and recent application dated O7.O8.2O23 as illegal, arbitrary and uiolates Article 19, 21 and 3OO (A) of Constitutton of India and contrary to prouisions of A.P.Scheduled Area Land Transfer Regulations 1/Sg and its amendment 1/70 and the Rules made thereunder and consequentlg declare that the petitioners are entitled to continue in possessio n and enjoyment of the land in Sg.No.269/ 1 to an extent of 4 acres situated at Pedagollagudem, Dammapeta Mandal of Bhndradri Kothagudem District in th.e tnterest of justice. . . Having regard the submissions on both^sides,the respondent No.2/The Thahsildar,^{Dammapeta Manda,l, Bhadradri} Kothagudem district is directed to conduct survey^arld fix^the boundaries by issuing notice well in^advance to^{the concerned} parties before implementation of orders of Special Deputy^Collector, Tribal Welfare, Bhadrachalam, in^{LTR Case No.1O9/10/DPT,dated} 10.08.20 1O conhrmed by the Appellate Authority^{inCMA Case} No.59/ 15 passed by the Additiona-l Agent to^Government, Bhadrachalam on 19. 1l.2016 with in^{a period} of^{two monthsfrom} the date of receipt of copy of this order.
