In view ofthe above, the petitioner - Accused and the 2nd respondent are directed to appear before the Secretary, Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee, for their identification and on completion of the same, the Secretary', Telangana High Court Legal Services Committee shall submit a report by 16.03.2023.
