This writ petition is hled seeking the following relief:-

"...to rssue a Lurit, order or direction more particularlA one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the actton of th.e respondents tDithout showing and d-eltueing lhe possession of the house site in Plot No. 1510 u.thich is uacant, situated. at Siddiq Nagar, Gachibowli Village, Serilingampa y Mandal, Ranga Reddy Dtstrict, to the petitioner is as illegal, arbitrary and uiolati.on of pinciples of natural justice.'

No representation on beha_lf of the petitioner. Heard Iearned Assistant Government plcader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. I to 3.

The main grievance of the petitioner is that, respondent No.2 assigned house site to an extent of l0osq.yds in Gachibowli Village of Serilingampally Mandal, Ra-nga Reddy District, in the year 1984 in favour of petitioner and also issued patta certifrcate. However, respondent Nos.2 and 3 have not handed over the physical possession of the subject property to the petitioner. The petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.1 on 18.08.2009 requesting to handover t.Ile possession of thc subject property to the petitioner. In spite of the same, the respondents have not ta_ken any action.

From perusal of the record, on 13.11.2009, this Court admitted, the writ petition, but t l date the respondents havc not f ed any counter

Learned Assistant Government pleader appearing on behalf of respondents submits that respondent No.l will consider the representation submitterJ by the petitroner dated lu.og.200g and requested this Court to grant reasonable time.

In view of the above said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No. I is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 1g.0g,2009 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period oI two(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not alrcadv disposed of the said representatron.

With the above directions, the Writ petition is disposed of. No Costs
