Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 not releasing compensation as per Notice No.R.C.No.G/1012017 dated 2211012020 issued by the Respondent No.3 to the petitioner in respect of petitioner's scheduled propefi acquired by the respondents for widening the existing N.H-363 (Mancherical to Chandrapur section), as illegal, arbitrary, violation of Article 14,21 and 3004 of the Constitution of lndia without following due procedure as contemplated under the Act 30 of 2013, consequently direct the respondent No.3 to forthwith release Rs.9,46,308 (Rupees nine lakhs forty six thousand three hundred and eight only) to the petitioner and initiate proceedings for proper valuation, measurement, fair compensation, sustenance, rehabilitation, resettlement in accordance with Section 19 (1),27,30,31,38 (1), and 105 (3) of Act 30 of 2013 read with the Rightto Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2015, relating to the entitlements to the petitioner;
