No. 146 ot 2022 to which the^petitioners are Respondents, as arbitrary, illegal, high handed, capricious, perverse, without application of mind, violate the fundamental rights guaranteed to the^petitioner herein under Articles 14, 19 (1) (g),21 of the Constitution of lndia apart from being in violation of Principles of Natural justice and fair play and consequenfly and consequently set aside the same while further directing the respondents to permit the Petitioner to carry on the desilting activity for excavation of sand from submergence and upstream of check dam in lVlanair River Telangana State forthwith.
