Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr, appearing for respondent No. l, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSpDCL, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Mr.K.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent No.4.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the power supply to the petitioner's building at premises bearing H.No.6- l-280 , 6-1-280 lD e 6-I-280 /8, to an extent of t9t6.t7 sq.yards situated at Padmarao Nagar, Secunderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.41259 of 2022 dated lt.tt.2O22. The same is not disputed by learned Government pleader for Enerry appearing for respondent No. I , Mr. R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TSSPDCL appearing for respondents No.2

In view of the above, for the reasons alike in the said order, the Writ Petition is <lisposed of at the admission stage directing the respondents to release the power supply to the subject premises of the petitioner subject to the complying with the terms and conditions and on furnishing an undertaking to produce the occupancy ccrtificate from the concerned Municipal Corporation u,ithin a prescribed period, and, if no such occupancy certificate is procluced within prescribed time, it is open to the respondents to take appropriate action, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
