In view of the disposal^{of the abovereferred} S,L.P. i.e. Civil^{Appeal No IOTTOof 2016 by an orderdated} 07 .O2.2O22, the^{respondent-Wakf Boardcannotbe saidto} have any further^{claimin respectof the subject properties ln} the circumstances,^{there cannot be any impedimentfor the} registering authorities^{to registerinrespectof the subject} properties on the^{ground that the subject properties are Wakf} properties."
