This writ petition is Iiled seeking the following relief

"......to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to restrain from interfering in the personal [ibert], of the petitioner guaranteed under Article 2l of the Constitution of India by declaring the ovcr action of Respondent No 4 i.e., S.H.O. P.S. Zaheerabad Town Sangaredd_v District as illegal arbitrary unreasonable Prima facie amounts to misuse and abuse of executive powers and consequently direct Respondent No 4 not to interfere in the civil disputes and not to call the Petitioner to the Police Station and not to harass the petitioner and pass,,. . .."

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Home.

This Court while granting interim order on 1a.O4.2O23, directed the petitioner to take out personal notice to respondent Nos.S & 6. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in compliance with the orders passed by this Court on 18.04.2023, he has taken personal notices on respondent Nos.S & 6 and the same have been served on them.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that at the instance of respondent Nos.s & 6, the respondents-Police are frequently interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioner with regard to the subject property, even without registering any crime or following the due procedure contemplated under the Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C."
